Description
The power of stillness. In the body, the connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) are yin tissues that we target through longer held poses (3-7 minutes) and meditative awareness.
These long, restful holds calm the mind and body, and allow you to drop into a state of deep rest.
This is a beautiful practice of presence and surrender, with you choosing how deep you go into a pose, using a variety of props to create supportive and sustainable holds.
All levels / Beginner friendly
