Following on from our recent popular Beginner Mat Pilates series - This is a great class to intro you into your Pilates journey.

45 minute, functional Mat Pilates class, creating mindful muscle connection while toning, lengthening and strengthening muscle.

You'll use your body weight and Pilates props such as balls, and optional hand weights, to develop simulating workout for the mind and body. Open to all levels!
