A steady flowing yoga class, connecting breath with movement.

Expect breathwork followed by a creative sequence of standing and balancing postures designed to warm you into your practice, open and energise the body. Always finishing with releasing seated posture and a dreamy Savasana!

Created to build strength, stability, good alignment and mobility to the body and balance to the mind.

Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher and welcome to all-levels.
