Our Beginner Barre class is a fun, energising 45-minute workout that introduces you to the basics of Barre Pilates in a supportive, no-pressure environment. This class combines the strength-building benefits of Pilates with ballet-inspired movements, focusing on controlled, precise exercises to sculpt and shape your body - without any complex choreography!
Expect upbeat music, simple props like resistance bands and light weights, and a variety of exercises that target your glutes, thighs, core, and arms, helping you build strength, mobility, and improved posture.
