This 45-minute class is designed for surfers, runners, mountain bikers, tradies and anyone who wants to keep their body moving well.

Expect a blend of yoga-inspired postures, mobility drills, deep stretches, and targeted strength work to:
- Unlock stiff shoulders and upper back
- Release tight hips
- Improve spinal mobility
- Ease tension in tired legs
- Build core strength to support your sport and daily life

Perfect for post-training recovery, injury prevention, and improving performance in the water, on the bike, on the pavement, or back on site.
