Description

This small group class incorporates hand weights and cardio sequences (no treadmills, bikes or equipment). You will be safely guided through a circuit of exercises designed to build strength, encourage muscle growth and definition and improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness. Modifications - progressions and regressions - always offered. Beginners and Experienced - all levels welcome. An express class lasting 30-35 minutes.
