This small‑group class blends strength training with gentle cardio using hand weights and simple, effective movements—no treadmills, bikes, or intimidating equipment. You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed circuit that builds strength, supports muscle tone, and boosts cardiovascular fitness, all at a pace that feels good. Options are always offered, so you can move confidently whether you’re brand new or more experienced. Designed as a 30–35 minute express session, it’s strong, efficient, and easy to fit into real life.
