Full Moon Yin Yoga by candlelight ~ A slow gentle style of yoga for all ages and fitness levels. We hold our poses for a longer duration than other types of yoga, to allow our soft tissue (tendons, ligaments & fascia), to relax, release, lengthen & hydrate, as well as lubricating our joints and opening up our meridian energy channels that run through the body. A slow-paced class that taps into conscious breathing and mindfulness. Classes finish with Tibetan Singing Bowls guiding you into Shavasana.
