Join Shalyn in this Yin and Meditation class and let's slow down together! Yin is about digging deep and connecting with your feminine energy. It is about relaxing and letting go. In this class we will be seated or laying down on our mats holding postures for longer periods of time. This class is a slower paced class that stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system and encourages you to slow down by bringing awareness to your breath and the connection between your mind, body and spirit. We will end our practice with a guided meditation that will bring our entire practice together. This is a great class to quiet your mind and slow down.

Don't let the slower pace of this class fool you though, this class will push you. Yin focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues like ligaments, tendons and fascia rather than the superficial muscle tissue. We will get into the good stuff here!

We are all great at going fast, but when is the last time you slowed down? Everyone could use more Yin in their lives. Join us!
