Join Shalyn for this 75min class where we will focus on building strength using the postures of yoga. We will move through a full practice consisting of seated and standing postures. We will hold postures for an extended period of time to really hone in on strengthening our muscles. The foundation for a strong body is a strong core so we will focus on a lot of core strength building in this class. This is not a flow class and will not include any cued vinyasas. This class is a great strength building class.
