The power of taking time to reflect on the prior week then setting an intention for the following week is incredible. So simple, yet profound. We’ll take the first part of class of class to do this, which I will guide you on how to do. I’ll also provide a deck of oracle cards which you have the option to pick a card from to use as inspiration for the following week.

The remainder of class will be dedicated to a gentle flow & restorative yoga practice, ending in meditation.

Mondays are a day that we are meant to go within, and tap into our emotions and intuition (not so much the hustle & bustle we’re conditioned too).

Join Jess in on your mat and learn the beautiful language of Yin Yoga. Yin is a slower-paced, more meditative form of yoga. In Yin, the postures are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. You can expect a series of long-held, passive floor postures that mainly focus on the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues and can often be problem areas for most people. Although Yin is a slower paced class you are actively holding stretches. This is where the meditation and quieting of the mind comes into play. Everyone needs more Yin in their lives because we are all great at going fast but not so great at slowing down. This class gives you space to slow down, connect with yourself and quiet your mind.

Join Shalyn for this 90 minute healing session and explore the true meaning of yoga. Learn how the practice of yoga is far more than the postures. Learn about the OG yoga principles and learn to let go of past trauma and whatever no longer serves you on your mat. Yoga is therapy. Become your favourite version of yourself by learning the practice of real yoga.

We will begin this class with card pulling and a sharing circle. Connection, community and being seen and heard is an important part of your journey.

Next, we will land on our mats and move through a series of seated and standing postures and end in our final resting posture, savasana. We will hold each posture for a longer period of time in this class, really focusing on building and unleashing our inner power. Bending and twisting out stuck energy so that our breath can flow freely throughout our entire body.

Each class will be unique and we will explore different topics. We will share in conversation and have a lot of laughs. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners, because I encourage conversations and questions during the class. This class will build your knowledge of yoga, build your strength, increase your flexibility in both your body and your mind and it will support you in unleashing your power. You will build relationships and be part of a community here. This is a great foundational class. All levels welcome.

Join Geneve on your mat and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and rest. Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Here you will hold the postures for an extended period of time, but you will be supported with a number of props. The difference between Restorative and Yin is that Yin is an active practice of holding postures and Restorative is about allowing yourself to relax, release tension and allow the props to support you. You will hold the postures for an extended period of time here allowing you to discover where you are holding tension. You will connect with yourself on a deeper level here and leave feeling very refreshed. We all need more Restorative in our lives!

Join Jess on your mat and connect back with yourself through movement and breath and relaxation.

Begin your class by moving through some gentle postures and end your practice by relaxing in some restorative postures. Allow yourself to move and then rest, really allowing yourself to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. We provide your mat and all of the props.

Join Brooke in this unique class that will deepen your awareness and knowledge around what it means to have a healthy digestive system.

You’ll move through specified yoga postures pranayama (breath work) & meditation to improve and even heal your digestive system in a slower paced class.

Each practice will bring its own uniqueness but every class will focus on healing your gut from the inside out!

Brooke will make her homemade fresh ginger and lemon tea for you, which is amazing for your gut. Your tea will accompany you during your practice.

With digestion as the focus you’ll also naturally begin to balance out your solar plexus chakra too.

BEing Mobile is a one hour class, for ALL levels and ages, focusing on all areas of movements as we strive for better range of motion, more strength and improved joint articulation in our bodies. This class will 'meet you where you are’, using mostly your own bodyweight with some equipment, to assist.

Join Geneve as she guides you through a yoga series targeting areas such as your core, hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves, which are all areas of the body that can cause back pain.

Geneve is a 1000 hour trained yoga teacher, specializing in back mobility. She is extremely knowledgable about the human body and how it functions and is passionate about sharing this with you.

In this class, your will learn a lot about your body, how you hold stress and where you hold tension. You will learn how to manage this on and off your mat.

This class will support your in strengthening the areas in your body that cause back pain and get you back to feeling great!

This class will focus on areas like your core, hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves that can all cause discomfort in your back. Learn valuable take home tools to use to ease your back pain outside of the studio too!

Join Shalyn on your mat to slow down, rest and reconnect with yourself. Shalyn will lead you in a guided meditation to start the glass and then you will sink into the healing sounds of the the OG Solfeggio Frequencies as they support you in relaxing and calming your mind and body. You will awaken out of this meditation by receiving a personal drum bath.

You can expect sound bowls, tuning forks and different drums to also be used and explored in this class. You may even get the opportunity to play some of these instruments yourself too!

Meditation is an important part of your overall health and wellness and has numerous health benefits. This class is a great way to introduce meditation into your life.

In this class we will be seated or laying down on our mats holding postures for longer periods of time. This class is a slower paced class that stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system and encourages you to slow down by bringing awareness to your breath and the connection between your mind, body and spirit. We will end our practice with a guided meditation that will bring our entire practice together. This is a great class to quiet your mind and slow down.

Don't let the slower pace of this class fool you though, this class will push you. Yin focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues like ligaments, tendons and fascia rather than the superficial muscle tissue. We will get into the good stuff here!

The practice of Yin will keep you mobile so that you can continue to do all of the things your love like lifting weights, running, hiking, etc. Yin in the companion that everyone needs.

We will begin our class by focusing on community and connection. We will talk about various subjects, perhaps pull cards and engage in meaningful discussions. Everyone will be seen and heard here.

Yin is about digging deep and reconnecting with yourself. It is about tapping into your feminine energy and allowing yourself to slow down, let go and just be.

In this class we will be seated or laying down on our mats holding poIstures for longer periods of time. This class is a slower paced class that stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system and encourages you to slow down by bringing awareness to your breath and the connection between your mind, body and spirit. This is a great class to quiet your mind and slow down.
