Una is a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, a Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Member of the UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaches Association). Movement and exercise have been extremely important to Una throughout her life, from playing International Soccer at underage level to playing Gaelic Football for her County, College and Club for many years. Having moved to South Kerry in 2021, Una is now an avid member of our local Rowing Club, Sive. Una approaches both her Mat Pilates teaching and Health Coaching through empathy, education and encouragement.
