Dani Hiro is a dedicated modern disciple of Yogic teachings, having studied and practised the profound effects of the practice on one's body, mind, and energy for over a decade. With a background in theatre, music and dance, and a deep interest in rewilding and nature, Dani creates unique experiences that weave traditional teachings, creativity and connection to nature.
She is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha-Tantra and Yin Yoga teacher, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist with over 500hrs of training.

This class blends strength, balance, and mobility work to leave you feeling empowered, grounded, and fully connected to your body.
