Dani Hiro is a dedicated modern disciple of Yogic teachings, having studied and practised the profound effects of the practice on one's body, mind, and energy for over a decade. With a background in theatre, music and dance, and a deep interest in rewilding and nature, Dani creates unique experiences that weave traditional teachings, creativity and connection to nature.
She is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha-Tantra and Yin Yoga teacher, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist with over 500hrs of training.

A slow, grounding practice designed to bring you back home to your body. In this class, we soften into longer-held floor postures that gently target the fascia, release tension, and calm the nervous system. Yin is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and meet yourself exactly as you are.
