Ella Bay
Ella Bay is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500) and Brain Longevity® Specialist, trained with the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. With additional studies in sound healing in the Indian Himalayas, she integrates traditional practices with modern knowledge of stress management and brain health.
Her teaching draws on Hatha and Yin Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and therapeutic sound, creating practices that support spinal health, reduce stress, and foster long-term vitality. Ella occasionally teaches in India as a guest instructor at yoga ashrams, an experience that continues to deepen her perspective and connection to yogic tradition.
Passionate about the link between movement, breath, and the nervous system, Ella offers classes, workshops, and retreats, helping people find resilience, calm, and balance at every stage of life.
