This program is ideal for students looking to discover new levels of strength, stability, and elegance in their movements while using a non-traditional yoga approach. It combines strength, flexibility, grace, and control to produce a well-rounded practice.
Classes are designed to pull you out of your yoga routine and invite you to play on the edges of your comfort zone. We use playful drills, creative inversions and unexpected sequences to turn your perspective upside down and spice your practice.
Each flow focuses on a particular aspect such as mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. While all of them embrace four common points: a strong focus on breath, to empower every pose; slow motion transitions, to savour every sensation that we feel and indulge in the sweetness of slow moves; deep engagement of the core, to stabilise and ground your practice; and playful wall inversions, to get you off the mat, have fun and work your way towards hand stands.
