Patti has been teaching community dance and movement practice in Raglan since 2003.
Description
6:30am start-your-day sessions on Zoom. Every weekday, we'll lead you through a short practice to start to the day. Meditation, breath, a bit of movement.. 30 minutes give-or-take that can flow into your day however it does.. Bring back routine, resilience, structure, commitment, connection and whatever else you may have lost in these crazy times. Pajamas are encouraged. Zoom link will be emailed to you. Free class - Koha to our bank account or koha jar is available on momoyoga (see Sunday at midnight)
