This introductory class with Rachel is suitable for all levels.
Exploring the same sequence of postures which synchronise breath with movement.
We will briefly explore sound as a path to stillness and dynamic physical movement as a way of enabling deep relaxing within the body and mind.
We will begin to commit the method and sequence to memory so eventually one can practice with ease.
Great way to get into the Ashtanga practice and prepare for Mysore style classes.
