She is passionate about all things healing and expression- whether it be through art, movement, or music.Her creative approach to teaching is dance like, expansive and fluid with an emphasis on breath. She aims to make yoga accessible to all with the hope of enabling individuals to facilitate their own healing.
Description
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on long-held, passive poses, allowing you to access deeper layers of your body and cultivate a sense of stillness within. You will be guided through a series of gentle postures that target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, encouraging release and flexibility with elements that specifically support the winter season.
