Diane's background in counselling and body work help inform her teaching so she creates a safe container for students to explore and experiment on the yoga mat, regardless of age, experience and physical capabilities. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for every type of body because she has found it immensely healing in times of challenge in her own life and wishes to share this with others. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Diane works as a massage therapist and aromatherapist, lifts weights, loves the beach and reading (often on the beach). She is a lover of all things spiritual and metaphysical and is currently learning how to read Tarot cards.

Description

Breath focused, flowing practice with music. We explore mindful movement, paying full attention to the journey, not just the destination. Slowing down helps to develop the mind/body connection while cultivating self awareness.
