Weaving together yogic philosophy and mind-body awareness, Anna's classes are flowing and spacious, inviting students into a mindful and curious space for self-exploration.
Off the mat, Anna loves travelling, swimming in the ocean, trying every new hobby that comes along, and cheese scones.

An all-levels, well rounded practice. Hatha allows time to breathe and centre, while exploring foundational strength and flexibility. This is your go-to yoga that suits any energy level and time of day. Explore traditional postures as well as new movements. But also take time to build your intuition and presence.
