Bee's classes are a harmonious blend of breath, movement and relaxation. She loves deepening the experience with her knowledge of the body's anatomy and physiology. Yoga has been a gateway for Bee to become more familiar, and aware of herself and her body, she loves to create the potential for other's to experience this in her classes. Bee's classes can lead you into a feeling of embodied safety. A space for you to feel nurtured in your body, and peaceful in your mind.
