Anna is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner and budding therapist, and is passionate about supporting students to tune into their bodies' innate wisdom.
Weaving together yogic philosophy and mind-body awareness, Anna's classes are flowing and spacious, inviting students into a mindful and curious space for self-exploration.
Off the mat, Anna loves travelling, swimming in the ocean, trying every new hobby that comes along, and cheese scones.
