Anna is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner and budding therapist, and is passionate about supporting students to tune into their bodies' innate wisdom. Weaving together yogic philosophy and mind-body awareness, Anna's classes are flowing and spacious, inviting students into a mindful and curious space for self-exploration. Off the mat, Anna loves travelling, swimming in the ocean, trying every new hobby that comes along, and cheese scones.

Description

Breath focused, deep flowing practice with music. We explore mindful movement, paying full attention to the journey, not just the destination. Slowing down helps to develop the mind/body connection while cultivating self-awareness.
