Description
A koha class. Every year The Space community practices 108 sun salutes together on the winter solstice. This practice takes about an hour and a half. Book early and practice ahead of time to keep your body warm and moving through the darkest months of the year. This isn't a marathon, you don't have to do all 108 to be a part of it. In fact, we encourage you to listen to your body rather than to the number. We all want to keep moving for the rest of the winter too so make sure it's sustainable. Prep yourself with 10 - 20 sun salutes every day at home for a few weeks. It's hard to count, so you could aim for twenty minutes and work up to half hour or more. Take a few days off before the actual day. Namaste!
