A beautiful back bend and balance combination that challenges your full-body control.
Each 60-minute flow is intentionally built around a single "peak pose" that challenges both your strength and your flexibility.
We will move through a clear, mindful sequence that gradually warms, opens, and prepares your body, ensuring you feel confident and ready by the time we reach our peak pose. Modifications will be offered for all levels, so you can safely practice at your own pace.
