From her physiotherapist background, she will guide you into a safe, curious and powerful kind of yoga practice. Elena’s sequences invite you to move out of your regular yoga routine and to explore new ways of moving.
Besides yoga she loves to be by the ocean, dance and learn new things.
Description
Breath focused, deep flowing practice with music. We explore mindful movement, paying full attention to the journey, not just the destination. Slowing down helps to develop the mind/body connection while cultivating self-awareness.
