Align offers an informative movement experience, which integrates elements of both Yoga and Pilates. The strength building and stabilisation components of Pilates are finely infused with the stretchy, feel good poses derived from yoga, which creates a well-balanced and mindful class. Align is both a soft and strong practice offering the opportunity for growth and progression within your practice.
