Description

A strength and conditioning program specifically designed for surfers, led by Sam one of our local Physiotherapists. This course runs in 6 week blocks but drop in's are welcome. Pilates assists in achieving efficient dynamic movement and lengthening of the body through the development of core strength, joint stabilisation, breath control and body awareness.
