Broken Body Yoga. Yoga inspired stretching for guys. This session is designed for retuning overworked bodies. Guys with sport, life and work related strains and injuries who need to start the repair. So you can get back to doing what you really enjoy. This is blue collar style; so no chanting, no freaky music and no chimes. Sorry girls, this class is for guys only!

Join all our Space teachers for our 7th year of 108 sun salutes to celebrate winter solstice. At the winter solstice, this ritual helps us find the light within, even on this longest of winter nights.
Tuesday June 21st, early morning practice - start moving at 6:30am - be there anytime from 6am to set up and be ready to start.
Don't worry if you can't do 108. Yoga is not a competition and it's not about the finish line. Your intention behind the practice is what matters most.
There will be options for rest and modifications offered so that the practice is safe and suitable for all.
We'd love to join you (in the room or on zoom), where ever your practice is at, to build our yoga community.

Mysore style classes are not talked through. Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressively more challenging series of postures. The student practices a set sequence given to them by the teacher and commits these postures to memory.
You may arrive anytime from 6am and commence practice. The initial sequence will take 40-60 minutes and eventually your full practice may take the 2 hours available.
