Expect a class with an invitation to embody your yoga practice, to move with sensation rather than any expectation and to tune into the subtle mind and body through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation).  ''Yoga has taught me that home is within. We’ll take good care of you and sometimes taking time out to nurture and rest is the exact reset button that is needed.

Set reality aside & breathe big. That’s all really, the rest takes care of itself 🌸.

Each week we will explore traditional postures & breath work designed to free up tension on every level.

Small class sizes with careful & gentle instruction for all to feel welcome & held.
