Expect a class with an invitation to embody your yoga practice, to move with sensation rather than any expectation and to tune into the subtle mind and body through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation).  ''Yoga has taught me that home is within. Through yogic practices to cultivate self love and gratitude I've navigated life's many curve balls and hope to share these yogic anchors with students I meet along this journey we call life.''

Description

Energize your spirit and find solace in a 60-minute Yang to Yin journey. Kindling an inner fire, moving through a flow that builds warmth. Then, gently surrender to stillness, as the rhythm slows and you ease into yin poses—a tender embrace for the soul, each stretch unraveling the tensions of life. It’s a quiet dance between effort and release, a reminder of the beauty found in both motion and rest, in both strength and surrender.
