Expect a class with an invitation to embody your yoga practice, to move with sensation rather than any expectation and to tune into the subtle mind and body through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation).  ''Yoga has taught me that home is within. Through yogic practices to cultivate self love and gratitude I've navigated life's many curve balls and hope to share these yogic anchors with students I meet along this journey we call life.''

Description

Turn it upside down—gently, curiously, without urgency.

This is a space to explore inversions not as something to conquer, but something to meet. A quiet reorientation. A playful conversation with gravity. An invitation to feel where the ground begins to hold you differently, where your hands become your feet, where balance is less about force and more about listening.

We’ll move in a way that makes room for curiosity over outcome. Strength will build, yes—but through attention, through breath, through learning how to lean into support rather than push against it.

Expect moments of lightness. A little laughter. Maybe the wobble that teaches you more than stillness ever could.

All bodies, all levels, all edges of experience are welcome here.

Come explore what happens when you change your perspective—
and let the ground rise up to meet you.
