Expect a class with an invitation to embody your yoga practice, to move with sensation rather than any expectation and to tune into the subtle mind and body through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation).  ''Yoga has taught me that home is within. Through yogic practices to cultivate self love and gratitude I've navigated life's many curve balls and hope to share these yogic anchors with students I meet along this journey we call life.''

Description

Ease out of the week and into the weekend with a slow, nourishing candlelit yin practice.

This class is an invitation to soften the body, quiet the mind, and settle into longer-held postures that support deep rest and release. With the gentle glow of candlelight, steady breath, and plenty of space to unwind, Friday evening yin offers a beautiful pause at the end of the week.

We’ve scheduled this class at 6 p.m. so you can continue on to enjoy your Friday evening plans.

Can’t wait to see you there ✨
