Description

We’ll take good care of you and sometimes taking time out to nurture and rest is the exact reset button that is needed.

Set reality aside & breathe big. That’s all really, the rest takes care of itself 🌸.

Each week we will explore traditional postures & breath work designed to free up tension on every level.

Small class sizes with careful & gentle instruction for all to feel welcome & held.

Come Flow :)
