Mats and props are provided, just bring some water. Expect to be in bare feet or use suitable grippy yoga or pilates socks

Join Sara for an intuitively led class that will leave you feeling ready for the weekend. Suitable for all levels, this is a reasonably dynamic class so need to have a certain level of fitness. Beginners very welcome.
