SLOW FLOW & STRETCH: Gently heated, 45 minutes.
Perfect for beginners or great to revisit your steady, focused practice. Work your way toward a vinyasa flow or power hour with our Yogic Body Slow Flow & Stretch class. This weekly class is 45 minutes of slow, mindful movement with emphasis on practicing your breath, maintaining proper alignment, moving with intention, and learning yoga.
Slow Flow is also a great addition for seasoned students to explore proper alignment or modifications for their current practice and great for any yogi looking to leave feeling relaxed and restored.
