Energetic and brisk movement for the yoga student looking for a challenge. This dynamic, energizing class offers 45 minutes of flow movement (vinyasa) to build heat and invigorate. Rest (savasana) never felt so good! Class is heated. Please bring water, your personal mat (and props, if you like), and come hydrated.
