Start and end in standing with morning yoga in under 10 minutes. You don’t need to come to hands and knees for any part of today’s yoga class in our no hands stretching. Breath and flow through Warrior I and II in this standing series. Activate and stretch hamstrings and hip flexors. Then, step to the top of your mat for shoulder and side body stretching, perfect for all levels and beginners.
