Stress Releasing Morning Yoga with Props Shoulder and Hip Stretches | REAWAKEN CHALLENGE DAY 11

Begin in seated for side body, shoulder, and back stretches. Recline back for a supported shoulder opener using your yoga blocks and yoga bolster. Do substitute firm pillows on an incline if you like. Get comfortable as we explore our breath followed by reclined tree pose and hip opening postures. Release stress and release tension with deep breathing, meditation, and stillness. Fold forward and bend back gently as we prepare to complete practice in standing. A practice perfect for beginner yoga students who can modify practice (and students looking for stress relief at all levels of practice).
