This class teaches more difficult postures and breathing techniques and students must have developed a more subtle practice of yoga—including proper yogic breathing (ujjayi breath) as well as established deeper focus and concentration in order to attend. Knowledge of alignment for traditional yoga poses is mandatory.

You will learn some key postures from each of the main groups including standing poses, forward and back bends, twists, sun salutations, seated poses, and simple inversions.
