An introduction to the world of yoga (or a refresher) that takes a step by step approach to ensure you feel confident in some of the most common yoga poses.
Fantastic for those who have never tried yoga before, or those wishing to deepen their knowledge and confidence. This 6 week course is Hatha Yoga based and focuses on the history of yoga, pranayama - breathing, meditation and alignment.
This program is suitable for all body types, fitness levels and age (16 years+). There are no barriers to yoga, the pose fits the body not the body fitting the pose.
