Week 1 of 3: The Cold Code - Breath & Ice

3 week series designed to guide you safely into the cold plunge, teaching you how to breath and how to warm up afterwards.
The first session of the series will be approximately 90 mins, which will include a brief summary of the history of cold exposure, the benefits and then guide you into the breath, how to safely enter and exit the ice bath and how to warm up afterwards. We will be aiming for 2 mins in the ice bath at approximately 8 degrees on week one. The sessions on Weeks 2 and 3 will be approx. 60 minutes and we will lower the temp each week by a degree or 2.
If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, cold allergy, epilepsy or are currently pregnant please seek a medics clearance prior to the session and also send me a message to discuss. Tarnya - 0428310933
Valid for 3 sessions on 20/3, 27/3 & 3/4
BYO towel and wear swimmers or clothing you are comfortable getting wet.
Please shower before the session and remove any creams, moisturiser etc. if you have an open sore please contact me. Any small scratches or scrapes should be covered with waterproof tape or Band-Aid.
