Join me for a series of 10 online classes, on Monday nights during Term 3 commencing 13/10/25 - 15/12/25
Reclaim time on the mat to explore your personal practice, gain movement, space in body and mind and cultivate deep peace.
All classes are recorded and the recording will be sent to you to access for 7 days after the class.
A link to join the class will arrive in your inbox 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
What you will need: mat or non slip towel, pillow or bolster, yoga blocks or something similar are handy to have, a light blanket for savasana and an open mind.
Your involvement in this class requires your acknowledgement that adjustments and feedback from the teacher on form and posture are not possible via zoom. By signing up for this class you agree to all terms and waivers.
