Weekly class - 6 week block commencing 29 July - 2 Sept.
A nourishing two-hour weekly practice designed to help you slow down, soften and truly rest.
We begin with gentle Qigong to awaken and regulate the body’s energy before moving into long-held Yin Yoga postures that gently open the body, soften areas of tension and encourage flow through our energetic pathways. Woven throughout the practice is conscious breathing to help settle the nervous system and create space within.
We close each class with meditation and contemplation. This isn’t about finding the right answers, but about turning our minds towards a different way of seeing. Together, we explore timeless ideas and questions that invite greater awareness, compassion and perspective, allowing us to learn not only from the teachings, but from one another. There is something deeply nourishing about sitting in community, quietly reflecting on what it means to live well.
Suitable for all levels, this class offers a weekly opportunity to rest deeply, breathe fully, move gently and reconnect with yourself in the company of others who are walking the path too.
