This class combines breath and movement in a dynamic flow, building heat and challenging your practice. You'll move through a flowing sequence that strengthens, stretches, and helps you stay focused. The sequence changes weekly, allowing us to work on the full body over time. This class is great for those with some yoga experience who want to take their practice to the next level.
