Here’s what to expect:
What to Wear and Bring-
Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move easily.
Yoga is typically practiced barefoot or in socks, but you’re welcome to wear shoes if that’s more comfortable for you.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, I do have a few extras.
Pleaes let me know if you’d like to borrow one. The mat will go under your chair to prevent slipping.

What Chair Yoga Looks Like:
Chair yoga is a gentle, supportive form of yoga. You’ll be seated for some movements and use the chair for balance during standing poses. Think of it as a way to stretch, breathe, and move your body without the need to get down on the floor. It’s perfect for improving flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation. You’ll feel a sense of ease as we move through the class, and there’s no pressure to push beyond your comfort zone.
