Description
This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility — all from the support of a chair. We’ll combine breathwork with mindful movement, using both seated and standing postures (with the chair as a prop for stability). It's a great option for those who want a more active pace than traditional chair yoga while still being low-impact and accessible.
