Kick off your weekend with a warm, energizing flow designed for yogis with some experience—but beginners are always welcome. We turn up the heat to help you sweat, detox, and release the week so you can step into Saturday feeling refreshed and strong.

Every other session, you’ll have the option to add free weights for an extra strength boost. We have 1–3 lb weights available, or bring your own if you prefer heavier.
