ChairFit Strength Yoga is a yoga-first class designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and move with greater ease — all with the support of a chair. This uplifting series blends accessible chair-based yoga postures with gentle strength-building movements to help you feel more stable and confident in your body.
Each class includes mindful warm-ups, seated and standing yoga poses using the chair for support, light resistance or body-weight work, and a calming breath-centered cool down.
This series is perfect for beginners, active older adults, and anyone who wants a safe, supportive, and effective way to practice yoga while increasing strength in a functional, feel-good way.
